Centrogaz has been renovating the paint coatings of cryogenic and pressure vessels for 20 years.
The tanks are painted using the spray method or the ecological-hand method (with rollers).
The method of painting is determined by the client of the service.
According to German technology, the tanks are painted with reaction paint based on alkyd resins.
Expected activities to be performed:
- Securing the markings on the tank, removing the logo.
- Protection of the tank fittings and the immediate surroundings against dirt
- Mechanical and manual cleaning of local corrosion foci
- Degreasing the surface of the tank
- Painting corroded areas with anti-corrosion primer
- Twice painting the surface of the tank with RIAL 9010 white paint
- Removal of marking protections and placement of the logo according to the client’s guidelines
- Removal of any dirt created during painting from the immediate vicinity of the tank.
Markings on the tank and the Logo are provided by the client (it is possible to create the logo by Centrogaz according to the order and design)
