Periodic inspections of the gasification station prevent the occurrence of dangerous events for the environment and, above all, for the operator.
Annual service inspections of tank installations and periodic inspections of devices and expansion stations are a specialty of our company. Specialized service cars secure the full range of work of service teams in the field. Inspections of the gasification station include both service of fittings and washing of tanks.

In the course of operation, the assembly of pressure equipment of the gasification station is subject to the following tests:
- periodic tests – for devices covered by the form of full supervision, within the deadlines specified by the Office of Technical Inspection for a given type of device,
- ad hoc operational tests – are performed within the time limits resulting from current needs at the written request of the technical services of the station user in circumstances justifying their implementation, i.e.:
- changing the place of installation of the device,
- repairs of pressure equipment, including chemical repairs, or its modernization,
- replacement of some elements of the device,
- changing the setting of the safety equipment,
- changes in the characteristics or type of power supply devices,
- finding leaks or damage to the walls of the pressure equipment,
- changes made in the installation cooperating with the pressure device, affecting the operating conditions of the pressure device,
- justified technical condition of the pressure equipment,
- operating change resulting in changes in the operating conditions of the pressure equipment.
- ad hoc post-accident or post-failure tests – at the written request of the technical services of the gasification station user, it is carried out in the event of dangerous damage to the pressure device or an accident related to its operation, they are carried out in order to determine the causes of the event, formulate conclusions regarding preventive actions and their implementation
The dates of periodic tests of the condensed gas tank with vacuum insulation are:
- external revision: 1 year
- internal revision: during renovation periods
- pressure test: during renovation periods
Periodic tests of the atmospheric evaporator:
- external revision: 1 year
- internal revision: not applicable
- pressure test: not applicable
The control of the operation and setting of the safety valves of the tank and atmospheric evaporators is carried out by the operator in the presence of the technical supervision inspector at least every 9 years.
It should be remembered that pipeline installations distributing gas from power sources to reception points may also cause a hazard. Piping systems, often hundreds of meters long, should be subjected to a systematic inspection of the technical condition.
The installation may be corroded, unsealed on fasteners, cracked, contaminated, which may lead to the creation of hazardous zones for employees.
For this reason, we recommend carrying out inspections of pipeline installations of both flammable and inert gases with full responsibility.
Regular inspections should be carried out in every workplace where gas utilities are carried out in pipelines in production rooms where people are present.
The recommended scope and frequency of inspections of pipeline systems is presented in the following list
- Checking the operation of the main and zone shut-off valves: Once a year
- Checking the operation of pressure gauges: Once a year
- Leak test: Once a year
- Strength test: after each replacement of a section of the pipeline or after its extension
- Leak test – foaming agent: 2 times a year
- Checking the operation of pressure regulators: Once a year
- Checking the operation of safety valves: Once a year
- Visual inspection of the condition of the system markings, fastenings, warning signs: Once a year
